Meet the owner of A to Z Hauling Junk removal born and raised in burbank,ca

Hi, I’m Zach, owner of A to Z Hauling.

I was born and raised in Burbank and have spent most of my life here alongside my family, who still live in the area today. I attended Emerson Elementary School and later John Muir Middle School, so serving this community now through my business feels personal in a way that’s hard to describe unless you’ve grown up in the same place you work.

Before starting A to Z Hauling, I spent nearly 20 years working in the construction trades and previously owned A to Z Handyman, helping homeowners, realtors, and property managers throughout Burbank and surrounding neighborhoods with repairs, improvements, and property preparation work. That experience shaped the way I approach every job today — show up on time, work hard, and treat people with respect.

I also worked in the entertainment industry as a professional prop maker with Local 44, building and fabricating pieces for television and film productions at Universal Studios and across Los Angeles. It was detailed, hands-on work that required precision, teamwork, and problem-solving every day. Over time, though, I felt called to build something closer to home and more connected to the community I grew up in.

Starting A to Z Hauling was about creating a business rooted in service, family, and trust. Junk removal isn’t always just about getting rid of items — often it’s about helping someone through a move, preparing a property for sale, clearing space after a project, or simply making life feel a little more manageable again.

Because I grew up here in Burbank and still have deep family roots in the area, it means a lot to serve the same neighborhoods that shaped who I am. Being trusted by homeowners, renters, realtors, property managers, and local businesses here is something I never take lightly.

Whenever possible, we also prioritize donating usable items, recycling what we can, and keeping unnecessary waste out of the landfill. It’s important to me that the work we do helps both people and the community we’re part of.

A to Z Hauling is more than just a junk removal company to me. It’s a way to support my family, serve my hometown, and help people move forward when they need it most.
